Returns & Exchanges

All of our products are made to order as soon as you place an order. For this reason:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, size issues, or ordering mistakes.
  • Please double-check your shipping address, size selection, and product details before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

We are committed to delivering high-quality products. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will make it right.

To request a replacement or refund:

  1. Contact us at support@stayimmersedvr.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
  2. Include your order number, a photo of the item, and a brief description of the issue.

If approved, we will either:

  • Ship a replacement at no cost, or
  • Issue a refund to your original payment method.

Wrong Address

If you provide an incorrect or insufficient address and the order is returned to us:

  • You will be responsible for reshipment costs after we confirm the updated address.

Lost Packages

If your package seems lost in transit:

  • Contact us at support@stayimmersedvr.com.
  • We will investigate and, if the package is confirmed lost, send a replacement at no cost to you.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • Damaged or misprinted items.
  • Packages confirmed as lost in transit.

Refunds will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank to process the refund.
